Returns

We offer returns within 14 days of delivery. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to item availability.
Items must meet the same return conditions (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging).

To request an exchange, please contact us and include your order number and the item you’d like to exchange for.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
